Margit Otto-Crépin

Margit was born in Saarbruken (Ger), but got the French nationality by marriage. Started to ride at the age of 8. She was trained among others by Liselotte Fangmann-Kanehl, Fritz Tempelmann, Dr Uwe Schuten-Baumer Sr.,and Udo Lange. Studied in the USA (Michigan) and France (Paris-Sorbonne).

Margit is the owner of 5 fashion houses in France. Married to Frenchman Daniel Crépin, who is an enthusiastic jumper rider. Margit had he biggest success on Corlandus, winning The World Cup Final in 1981, and finishing 4th in the 1990 World Equestrian Games.

Margit Otto-Crépin is ranked eighth among dressage riders in the FEI/BCM World Rankings, for the Period: 6/23/97-6/22/98
