Introducing Equipsych with Dr. Kathleen Broughan 
In the late '80's Dr. Kathleen Broughan took her first dressage lesson, and was immediately an enthusiast of the art and sport. She has trained with Elizabeth Lewis, Heidi Wilson Valk, Michelle Gibson, and Oded Shimoni. In 1998 she earned her USDF Silver Medal and she currently competes her horse Alpkonig at FEI level.
It was only natural to integrate her two passions, psychology and horses, into the study and practice of equestrian sports psychology. Dr. Broughan has developed successful programs for both amateur and International riders. We are pleased to announce we will be featuring a weekly column with insightful information that can help you become a better competitor.
