USDF Horse of the Year 2001

Fourth Level and Prix St Georges

Sabine Schut Kery and TinusProud Meadow Friesians Take Top Honors
Sweeping the USDF Horse of the year honors in both the Fourth Level (70.714%) and Prix St Georges (70.063%) divisions is the Friesian Stallion, Tinus ridden by Sabine Schut Kery and owned by Proud Meadow Farm in Texas. Tinus is by Jillis out of Carilien, Joh Veenstra, breeder.

Tinus also took top honors in the Friesian Horse Society's USDF All Breed Awards, as well as Proud Meadow's Friesian stallion Jorrit winning in the Grand Prix Freestyle Open division, and placing 6th in the Cosequin/USDF Musical Freestyle Division. Jorrit is by Mark out of Hendrina, S. Jansma, breeder.
