George Williams Wins at Devon

Rocher and WilliamsCongratulations to USDF Vice President George Williams who captivated the Dressage at Devon audience with wins in the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Freestyle last weekend on his Westfalian mare Rocher. Williams and Rocher set records with impressive high scores of 70.840 in the Grand Prix and 75.375 in the Grand Prix Freestyle.

USDF invites you to watch demo rider George Williams and Rocher at the 2002 USDF Musical Freestyle Symposium, November 1-3 in Raleigh, NC. The symposium will feature seven freestyle-building sessions with 2002 World Equestrian Games team silver medallist Debbie McDonald, European dressage champion Jennie Lorriston-Clarke, and freestyle designer Terri Ciotti Gallo. The presenters will critique two riders per session, break down their performances, and assist them in building better freestyle performances, movement by movement. This year's symposium offers a unique learning opportunity for all USDF members.

The 2002 Musical Freestyle Symposium is the ultimate opportunity to learn from some of the best riders in the country. Advance registration ends Friday, October 11. Visit http://www.usdf.org/MusicalFreestyleSymposium.asp or contact Shedera Bausch, (859) 271-7875 or sbausch@usdf.org, for information and registration.
