George Williams Wins 2003 Florida Dressage Classic Grand Prix Freestyle

Today was the last day of the Florida Dressage Classic at the Winter Equestrian Festival and a warm day. George Williams and Rocher won the FEI Freestyle with a score of 876.5 (73.042%). Second place was Jan Brons with Fernando and a score of 806.5 (67.208%).

Jan Brons also won the FEI Freestyle Intermediate with Josien scoring 884 and 73.667%. Nicole Levy won the FEI Young Riders Freestyle with Korrado scoring 824.0 (68.667%).

Thursday, the first day of competition at the Florida Dressage Classic saw Yvonne Losos de Muniz win the FEI Prix St. Georges riding Inatana Las Marismas with a score of 70.750%. Interestingly, Yvonne’s barn also competes with show jumpers. Diane Hackley-Anderson scored 69.500% with Maikel to also win a FEI Prix St. Georges.

In the FEI Intermediate II, Tami Batts scored 63.333% riding Unforgettable to the win.
