2003 National Dressage Symposium with Kyra Kyrklund Sue Blinks Clinic to Wrap Up 2003 National Dressage Symposium
In contrast to Kyrklund’s audience-oriented format, “It’s more of a clinic directed at the riders,” said Blinks. “I do this for the USET as often as I can. A few years ago I did one out in California and Margee asked me to do this one here. I am coaching a few riders trying out for the Pan-Am Games. Idea is one trip for two things. Its worked out that way and a lot of people have signed up. I’m always stuck on the basics and Kyra is too so our styles should coordinate well.” Sue also did a clinic similar to this one last year with Guenter Seidel and Debbie McDonald in California. By comparison, she said. “Kyra is doing this by the levels; we chose specific things to explain, to make it audience-oriented.e In lessons things bring up conversation and points of discussion.; collection and half-halts are often big points of discussion." by Amber Heintzberger Related
