Hartwig Burfeind Clinic at Thorndale in Millbrook, NY.

Thorndale in Millbrook, NY, is proud to welcome back Hartwig Burfeind from Germany, for a clinic on January 20-22, 2004. Thorndale is a state of the art 780 acre facility in the heart of Millbrook, NY, and is owned by Feli Thorne. The clinic is hosted by Louise Fields.

Hartwig Burfeind is a winner of over 200 FEI classes in shows all over Europe. He is a former multiple Young Rider Champion, having won team gold and individual bronze at the European Championships. Burfeind has coached several young riders to 4 Team Gold Medals, Silver & Bronze at the European Championships

Burfeind has also shown horses like Iron Spring Farm's Akatschi (by Akzent II) and Caesar Parra's Pik L (by Pik Bube II). Burfeind brings with him his expertise with regards to the psyche of the horse and his knowledge for achieving a harmonious relationship with his rider.
