Nicole Bellah's Drive From Missouri Worth The Trip

Finishing second in the Intermediaire was Nicole Bellah and Avant-Garde, a 17 year old KWPN gelding by Beethoven. The first to enter the arena in the FEI arena, the pair put in a solid test, which was recognized by the judges, and set the standard for the rest of the class. The pair had traveled from Lee’s Summit, MO, for the show, taking two days to make the trip. “I take good care of my older guy.” said Bellah, “and invest a lot to keep him happy and healthy.He’s been so good to me, he deserves it.”

Bellah who spent a brief time in Florida in the early part of the winter, would like to make it to the Intermediaire Championships as well, but if that does not happen, it’s OK by her. “I was very proud of him today, and was pleased at such a good test and score being the first one in the class.”
